Peewee 3 Red - Froster's Active Kids, PW, 2019-2020, HL (Markham Waxers)

Sam is an experienced member of the team.  He may not find the score sheet every game, but his hard work and ability to cycle the puck down low is an asset. His teammates know to find open ice as his delivery will lead to scoring opportunities. Congratulations on earning player of the game!

As a last minute emergency Gian agreed to fill in, as our goalie went down with an injury.  Playing in back to back games he made some key saves to preserve the win for our team.  The peewee division is fortunate to have full time goalies on every team this year.  Without them the games would not be as competitive as they are.  We are lucky to have them. Not only did Gian earn double awards but a bag of skittles all to himself. Great work!

Without a doubt the highlight of the season thus far.  A great way to conclude the Stouffville series.  The team assembled for dinner and bonding.  Stories were shared amongst teammates, many of which erupted into laughter.  Parents had the opportunity to unwind and connect away from the rink.  A great time was had and a fulfilling experience with many great memories to reflect on. Many aching cheeks were reported the following day.

Jonah leads our team cheer every week.  He has the ability to motivate his teammates before they step on the ice.  He also plays a strong two way game which is evident earning him the rare double award. Great job!

Quiet confidence best describes Ronen.  He has the ability to read the play and execute accordingly.  He has also incorporated offence into his game in recent weeks. Way to go!
