    New Player Profile Request
    If the player you are registering is brand new to hockey and has never played in any organized league anywhere, please complete a New Player Profile Request form prior to registration. The Waxers will create a player profile in the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) and email you with next steps.

    Rookie Camp Registration
    If you are a first-time hockey participant, please join us for our annual Rookie Camp by completing the registration form below. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. There are limited spots in each session, so please register early. There is no cost for Rookie Camp. Participants must wear full equipment including neck guard and mouth guard. Participation is limited to registered participants in the Markham Waxers House League program.

    House League Special Request Form
    Special Requests are requests for players to be placed on the same team as one of their friends. The Waxers will do everything we can to accommodate these requests but there is absolutely no guarantee that requests will be accommodated. It is important to understand that our first priority is creating teams that are fairly balanced and competitive in an attempt to ensure that every player in the association has a fair and equitable season. Priority is given to requests for siblings to be on the same team. All special request must be received no later than September 1. Requests received after this date will not be considered, so please don’t ask.
