Evaluation Procedures

1. Complete online registration.
   
   
2. Check in at the registration desk on the date of the evaluation and pay the $35 evaluation fee. Note that the fee is payable only by credit/debit card or Apple Pay. Cash is not accepted.
   
   
3. You will receive a jersey for use during the evaluation. Please return the jersey to the team representative before leaving the arena.
   
   
4. The coach will inform the players of the evaluation results. Check with the coach for their specific method.
   
   
5. If offered a position on the team, you will be asked to register before leaving the arena. This new procedure is mandated by the OHF and replaces the Offer of Commitment form. The Waxers will have iPads set up in the lobby for your use. Please be sure to have your child's HCR number to speed up the process.
