Travel Permit - Exhibition Game

Please complete the application for travel permit for all exhibition games. Regular season games do not require additional travel Please allow a minimum of one week for processing. The approved travel permit will be emailed to the email address provided below.

Fees

The team will be invoiced $10/game permit fee for all exhibition game travel permits for games outside the Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF).
