Atom AE CAN/AM Challenge Gold Medalists!
The Markham Waxers Atom AE took home the gold medal in Lake Placid, NY at the CAN/AM Challenge Cup on December 3rd.  The team was undefeated through four games of round-robin play with an impressive 22 goals for and only 2 goals against, placing first in the division to advance to the gold medal game.  Great teamwork led the players to win the gold medal with a 4-3 victory over the AAA Boch Blazers team from Boston.  The players also had the opportunity to compete in a four-person relay, which they won, and a shooting challenge, where they placed second.

Great job Waxers!!!
