Peewee AAA OMHA Champions 2013-2014
The Markham Waxers peewee AAA hockey club do not believe in the adage that history has a way of repeating.
The Waxers dispelled that notion on the ice in this year’s Ontario Minor Hockey Association championships in Whitby last weekend.
After settling for the silver medal in last year’s event, the Waxers took things one step further this time around by skating off the coveted gold medal with a convincing 3-0 decision over the Quinte Red Devils Sunday.
