We Need You!

The Markham Waxers is a volunteer organization.  In addition to all the dedicated coaches, trainers and managers that keep individual teams going year-in year-out, there is a group of hard working and devoted volunteers that help keep the organization running behind the scenes.

Volunteering for the association is very rewarding and provides you with the opportunity to:

  • Give back to the hockey community in particular and to the Markham community as a whole
  • Make the association stronger
  • Influence how the association operates and help us improve
  • Work with great people who, like you, know that we are what make our community strong

We need your help to keep this great community-based organization going strong. If you are interested in taking on a role of convenor for an AE, A or AA Waxers team or in any other administrative role, please let us know right away. You can contact Mike Matthews, VP AA/A/AE Rep Programs at 416-727-2588 or by email.

We hope to hear from you soon!
