Support for the Kozis Family
The Waxers extend our deepest condolences to the Kozis family for the loss of their daughter, Julianna, on July 22nd in the Danforth shooting. Donny was also injured in the shooting.

Julianna was one of the long-standing members of the “rink rat pack” that supports her big brother Anthony’s team. She was always in the middle of it with other siblings dancing and doing cartwheels in the arena hallways. Julianna had a big, infectious, beautiful smile. She will be missed dearly.

Her dad, “Coach Donny”, has been a Waxers volunteer for the last eight years. He is a patient, unselfish individual who is a role model to kids and adults alike. Donny has the ability to keep everyone focused on a task, encouraging fun and learning while having the best interest of the players in mind. The Waxers wish him a quick recovery.

A gofundme account has been set up to support the Julianna Kozis Memorial Fund.
