Annual General Meeting of Members

The Markham Waxers Hockey Club will hold its Annual General Meeting of Members on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 7:00 pm in the board room at the Markham Village Community Centre, located at 6041 Highway 7, Markham, ON L3P 3A7.

To attend and vote at the AGM, you must have been an Active Member of the Markham Waxers for the 2022-2023 season, as per our Bylaw 6.1. Proxies are not permitted as per Bylaw 7.6. The slate of directors will be voted on by the membership at the AGM.
