All room rates are quoted in Canadian Funds and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subject to Change without notice. For all team/group booking we do not accept CAA, AARP, senior, Corporate or Government discounts on any reservation linked to a group booking.

All Room Rates quoted are Plus HST of 13%/per night rate.

METHOD OF RESERVATION &

CUT –OFF DATE

A detailed rooming list or individual call in method is required no later than December 14 2015

At this time, any rooms not needed or claimed by the group will be released from the Group and placed back into the Hotels general inventory by 7am that day. The cut-off date for your guestroom block December 14th, at 7am. 


BILLING

 

Each room must provide a credit card at the time of booking there accommodation to guarantee their reservation.

                                                                                                                     

CANCELLATION AND EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

Individual reservations must be cancelled 48hrs prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations made within the 48hrs priors will result in a one night room/tax charge

 

Early Departure Policy (when multiple nights are booked only)

If you check out at 11am there is no additional fee

If you check out between 11-3pm you will be charged $65 plus taxes

If you check out after 3pm you will be charged 1 Night Plus Tax

Rules and Regulations Contract for Sports Teams

 

The Staff and Management of the Festival Inn welcome you and your team to our hotel. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us. In order to make your stay enjoyable we would like to bring a few items to your attention.

 

They are as follows:

1. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times

2. There is an 11:00pm noise curfew in effect for all hotel guests. Any complaints of excessive noise may result in eviction without refund. ONLY ONE WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. Any room causing a noise complaint by another guest, may be held responsible for reimbursement if the room revenue is lost due to the guests leaving or refusing to pay.

3. For the safety and security of all guests room doors must remain closed. No parties are allowed in any of the public hallways.

4. No playing with mini sticks will be permitted in the Hotel at any time. Anyone caught playing Mini sticks will have them confiscated. They will be returned on check out.

5. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any of the public areas of the Hotel as per the LLBO licensing regulations. ie hallways, pool and patio area. Anyone with alcohol in these areas will have it confiscated.

6. Any food or beverage that has been authorized to be in areas other than your room must be in plastic glasses.

7. Check Out is 11:00am. Anyone requesting a late checkout will be charged a $65.00 day rate. This will allow you to keep your room until 3:00pm.

8. POOL REGULATIONS: No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in the pool unsupervised. Parents, guardians or chaperones must assume full responsibility for their children.

9. You will automatically be billed for any damage to hotel property by any members of your team. The charges will be determined by management.

10. BBQ’S are not allowed to be used on the property without prior consent of management.

11. FALSE FIRE ALARMS: Should the fire alarm be activated by any member of the team or their affiliates the following consequences will happen.

a) A $500.00 fine as determined by the Shakespeare Fire Department

b) Eviction of all guest rooms associated with the team responsible.

c) It is a criminal offence to activate a false alarm, therefore criminal charges could result.

d) Any or all charges resulting in discounts given to other guests as a result of the alarm will be the responsibility of the parent.

Then above rules are necessary due to prior experiences at the hotel.
