Have questions about the options to play hockey available to your six to ten year old child? Want to learn more about the new Hockey Canada player pathways for Under-9/U9 (Novice) and Under-10/U10 (Atom) players? Have questions about the LOR?

Join us as we discuss these issues on Thursday, March 26, in the upstairs lounge at Markham Village Community Centre at 7:00 pm.

We will discuss:

  • the options available to young players and the differences between each of the competitive hockey options: House League, Rostered Select, and Rep
  • the programming changes in the Under-9/U9 (Novice) and Under-10/U10 (Atom) divisions across the different categories next year
  • the Lake Ontario Region (LOR) rules surrounding players entering into their Minor Atom year in A, AA, and AAA.
