Print2021 Tryout Registration Confirmation

Thank you for registering to try out with the Markham Waxers.

Please note that you will be required to complete the City of Markham Covid-19 screening process before entering the facility.
This will be checked upon entry. (See Below)

We are asking that only one (1) parent accompany each participant into the building as capacity will be limited. Masks must be worn at all times inside the facility. Players will be required to wear their mask at all time when not on the ice surface. Players may remove their masks on the ice and leave them looped onto their water bottles along the bench/boards (as per Hockey Canada guidance).

All participants and parents are asked to arrive no more than 20 minutes prior to the start of the ice time, and must leave the premise no longer than 20 minutes after the ice session is complete. It is highly recommended that players arrive dressed in as much equipment possible as dressing room space will be limited.
