Bantam A Team are Three Rivers Cup Champions
Submitted By Deb Larsen on Saturday, April 15, 2017
The Waxers Bantam A team took an end of season road trip to Pittsburgh for the "Three Rivers Cup". They were the only Canadian team in this tournament and represented Canadian hockey proudly.

The team won their first three games with stellar performances from the players. The final game brought them to a hard battle against the  Pittsburgh Fayette Ice Miners. The Waxers started strong building a 2-0 lead that held until late in the third period, when the ice miners came back with a goal. Both teams battled hard and in the end the Waxers were victorious.
