U12 A2 Dunsmuir Memorial Tournament Finalists
Congratulations to the Markham Waxers U12 A2 team on becoming the tournament finalists. The team had a great showing all weekend long with large aspirations and determination.

Finishing second in pool A for the round robin, they faced first place Upper York Admirals from pool B in the semifinals for an epic battle that finished in triple overtime with our Markham Waxers taking the victory on a penalty shot.

A quick four hour turnaround and the Waxers were in the finals against Lorne Park Wild. It was very close trading chances and goals all game long with Markham just coming up short in a 5-4 loss.

Congratulations to all the players and coaches for a memorable weekend and continuing to improve all season long
