Waxers U18A Winterlude Champions
Despite a shaky start in their first pool game, the Waxers U18 A team played to their potential for the balance of the tournament to take the title.

Although being down 1-0 in a hard fought semi final, they were able to score a powerplay goal late in the game, eventually winning in a shoot out against the Oakville Rangers, a team the Waxers beat in overtime in the semis of another tournament earlier this season.

The Waxers cohesive team play continued in the finals as they beat Nepean 3-0 to take the championship.

It was the fourth consecutive tournament finals appearance for the team and second title of the year.
