Tell the OHF what you think about the start of the hockey season
The Ontario Hockey Federation is soliciting feedback and opinions pertaining to individual experiences relevant to the start of the 2021 minor hockey season. Recognizing the start of the season looked much different than past seasons, your opinion is of most importance to helping the OHF and its Members continue to facilitate and deliver in a manner that ensures positive experience throughout the entire hockey family.

As such, we encourage all individuals that fit one of the following stakeholder identities to share their experience and opinion by completing the below survey:

  • Player or parent
  • Coach
  • Association personnel
  • Municipality/Facility operators
