U11A win Rock & Roll Cup in Cleveland, OH 2024
The Waxers U11 A team traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, home of the Rock and Roll Hall of fame to take part in the annual Rock & Roll Cup over the weekend of October 25-27 and they didn't come home empty handed.
The team finished second in the round robin. In the championship round, they drew the Burlington Eagles, who had gone undefeated by a big margin of 10-2, 8-1 and 5-1 (against Markham). But, after losing 5-1 the day before, Markham made some adjustments and dug in to take the championship with a big 3-2 win!
