Finalists at the Dunsuir Memorial Tournament
Congratulations to the Markham Waxers U12 A2 team on becoming the tournament Finalists. The team had a great showing all weekend long with large aspirations and determination. 

Finishing 2nd in pool A for the Round Robin they faced 1st place Upper York Admirals from pool B in the Semi Finals for an epic battle that finished in triple overtime with your Markham Waxers taking the victory on a penalty shot. A quick 4 hour turn around the Waxers were in the Finals against Lorne Park Wild. It was very close trading changes and goals all game long with Markham just coming up short with a 5-4 loss.

Congratulations to all the players and coaches for a memorable weekend and continuing to improve all season long. Last tournament for the season and what an amazing job finishing strong at all four tournaments. WAY TO GO WAXERS!
