Please note you must register for the evaluation in the HCR (Hockey Canada Registry) PRIOR to attending the evaluation. You will not be able to participate in the evaluation if you are not registered.
When you arrive at the evaluation, please check in at the registration desk. There you will pay the registration fee (debit or credit card or Apple Pay only--no cash) and receive a jersey for use during the evaluation. The jersey will be returned at the end of the evaluation.
