The Markham Waxers U16AA team had been counting down the days to their trip to the Irish South Bend tournament at the hallowed grounds of Notre Dame University. A 7-hour drive from Markham to Indiana couldn't dampen their excitement, as the anticipation of playing at such a prestigious venue was palpable.
