Conor is an experienced and dedicated coach with a strong background in both education and competitive sport. An Ontario Certified Teacher with a Master’s degree in Education, he currently serves as an elementary school Principal with the Toronto Catholic District School Board. His professional experience reflects a deep commitment to student development, leadership, and fostering positive, inclusive environments—values he brings directly into his coaching.
A former AA and AAA player in the GTHL, Conor has a lifelong passion for hockey and a strong understanding of the game at a competitive level. He emphasizes the importance of skill development, positioning, communication, and hard work, helping young athletes build a solid foundation while growing their confidence on and off the ice.
As a coach, Conor prioritizes discipline, teamwork, and accountability, while ensuring that the game remains fun and engaging for every player. He believes that a positive team culture is essential to both individual and collective success and works to create an environment where players feel supported, challenged, and motivated to improve.
In addition to his role in hockey, Conor is also the head coach of the Markham Mariners U9 AA Baseball Team, further demonstrating his dedication to youth development and community involvement. Across all sports, his focus remains the same: developing well-rounded athletes who value effort, respect, and teamwork while enjoying the game.
