Coach Paul brings four years of experience in coaching and 40+ years of playing hockey. Paul also refereed in the OMHA, OHA, and Men’s Leagues for 31 years. A dedicated leader with a deep passion for developing young athletes both on and off the ice, Paul has worked with a variety of age groups, helping players improve their technical skills, hockey IQ, and teamwork. With a focus on building confidence and fostering a love for the game, Coach Paul believes that skill development, sportsmanship, and fun should go hand in hand.
In addition to coaching, Paul has played competitive hockey at the AAA, AA and Junior levels which gives him a unique perspective when teaching the fundamentals of the game. His coaching philosophy revolves around creating an environment that encourages growth, resilience, and respect, where every player is challenged to reach their full potential. |
