Brandon Pantaleo proudly returns to the Markham Waxers organization as Head Coach of the U14 AAA team. A Waxers alumnus, Brandon understands the pride and tradition behind the crest and is committed to helping the next generation represent it with character and pride
With 11 seasons of AAA coaching experience within the Waxers organization — including five seasons at the U16 level — Brandon brings extensive knowledge of elite player development and the demands of high-level competition. His coaching philosophy centers on teamwork, hard work, competitiveness, and fun. He believes a team-first mindset, daily effort, and accountability are the foundation for success both on and off the ice. Players are challenged to compete in every drill and every shift while developing a genuine love for the game.
Brandon is supported by a highly experienced, full non-parent coaching staff. Adam LaMarre, a former NCAA Division I player, brings 25 years of coaching experience. Amanda Pantaleo, a former NCAA Division I player, adds elite playing experience and player development insight. Ted Baker contributes 35 years of experience working in the OHL along with 40 years of coaching experience. Together, the staff provides a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and mentorship to support the growth of every athlete.
