Bantam MD Blue Can/Am Champs!
Without doubt, a definite highlight of the season for the 2019-2020 Bantam MD Blue team was participating in the CAN/AM Challenge Cup in Nashville, Tennessee from December 6-8, 2019.

Memorable moments from this "epic" tournament experience included the 15-hour team bus journey, the Nashville Predators game and the sights and sounds of Music City - complemented by the "yee-haw" pre-game cheer.

Three very convincing wins against teams from Missouri and Maryland, including 2 shutouts and a single goal against in the round robin would lock down 1st place and earn a spot in the final with the Harford North Stars. Our Waxers struck quickly with a goal 20 seconds into the game and dominated play to the final buzzer, securing the Championship with a 8-0 shutout victory!

Way to go boys for a total team effort throughout the entire tournament, going undefeated despite being short benched, outscoring the opposition 34-1 and bringing home the Gold medal.
