U13 Select Team Win Colborne Tournament
On a recent weekend, the Waxers U13 select team travelled to the friendly town of Colborne for their one day select hockey tournament. The Waxers played two tough teams from Nepean and Prince Edward County, winning both games before facing off against the hometown team in the “A” final.

It was a high-quality final with the Waxers coming out on top 3-1. Great job by all of the players on the team throughout the entire tournament! Their high-tempo, high-pressure style of hockey - coupled with strong goaltending by our dynamic goaltending duo - has everyone associated to the team looking forward to the rest of the season.
