Save the date and join us for our Annual General Meeting of Members (AGM) and Special Meeting of Members on Thursday, October 23, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held via Zoom.
Special Meeting of Members
At 7:00 pm, we will hold a special meeting of members to pass a special resolution to authorize the filing of the Articles of Amendment to add the provision to the three (3) classes of members of the Corporation as follows:
(a) Active Members - Each member shall be entitled to (i) receive notice of, (ii) attend, and (iii) one (1) vote per member of all meetings of the members of the Corporation;
(b) Parent/Guardian Members - Each member shall be entitled to (i) receive notice of, (ii) attend, and (iii) one (1) vote per member of all meetings of the members of the Corporation;
(c) Honorary Lifetime Members - Each member shall be entitled to (i) receive notice of, (ii) attend, and (iii) one (1) vote per member of all meetings of the members of the Corporation.

Annual General Meeting of Members
Immediately following the Special Meeting of Members, we'll hold our AGM covering the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 hockey seasons.
To attend and vote at the AGM, you must have been an active member of the Markham Waxers for the season. Proxies are not permitted.
