Notice of Annual and Special Meeting of Members
Save the date and join us for our Annual General Meeting of Members (AGM) and Special Meeting of Members on Thursday, October 23, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held via Zoom. The meeting will cover the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 hockey seasons. 

To attend and vote at the AGM, you must have been an active member of the Markham Waxers for the season. Proxies are not permitted.

To register for the meeting, please complete the online registration. After your registration is reviewed and membership confirmed, you will receive an email with information on how to log into the Zoom meeting.
