Waxers U18AA Oshawa Challenge Champions
4th Consecutive Tournament Title!

Defending OHF U18AA Champions, the Markham Waxers continued their winning ways in Oshawa over the weekend, capturing an unprecedented 4th consecutive tournament title of the season!

The team posted a perfect ZERO goals against on Sunday, while meticulously disposing of Whitby 3-0 in the semifinal. Then they knocked off 6th ranked (MHR) Halton Hills 2-0, in the final game.

Despite being tested in a tie with #2 ranked Burlington, the Waxers actually gained momentum throughout the round robin.

Top 3 scorers for the Waxers were Nathan H (5-3-8), Amari W (2-4-6) and Bryce M (2-3-5). The Blue and White machine staggeringly outscored their opponents 20-2 in the tournament. A remarkable start, through  34 games this season, the Waxers remain undefeated. Goaltenders Gabriel Carnevale and Brock Kalin share a stingy .853 GAA and have posted a jaw-dropping 13 shutouts collectively.

Already a season to remember!
