The Markham Waxers U18 AAA team defeated the Waterloo Wolves 6-5 to capture the Central Ontario Regional Championship on Sunday, April 14. Next stop is Sydney, Nova Scotia to compete for Canada’s Men’s U18 National Club Championship at the TELUS Cup, April 22-28 at the Membertou Sport & Wellness Centre. More information to follow.

Our Waxers U18 AAA boys are playing for gold in the Ontario Central Region AAA Championships in Sault Ste. Marie. The gold medal game will be played Sunday, April 14, at 1:30 pm. You can watch it on Sault Sports TV. Tune in and cheer on your Waxers. Go Waxers Go!

Congratulations to the Markham Waxers U10A team on winning their second tournament of the season this past weekend. They took on the York Mills Rangers in the final of the Toronto Aeros Mark Woszczyna Spring Memorial Classic Tournament and came out CHAMPS with a big 3-1 victory. Congrats to all of the players and coaches on a job well done!

The Markham Waxers U18AA hockey team captured the 'first jewel of the post-season triple crown'  by defeating the TNT Tornados 5-2 to win the YSMHL Championship at Centennial Arena on Thursday.

Good luck to our Waxer U13AAA Team this weekend in the OMHA U13AAA Championships.   The team, led by Head Coach Mike Gellard and his Staff, performed very well in the OMHA-AAA East playoff round robin play after a strong regular season. The event this weekend is being held at the Invista Centre in Kingston.
