Midget (2002/2003) Players Wanted

The Markham Waxers Midget MD team is looking for forwards and defense for the 2019-2020 season. Players must be residents of the City of Markham.   

Additional tryouts will be held on Saturday September 7th at Centennial from 1:00 – 3:00 pm and on Monday September 9th  at Mount Joy from 9:00 – 10:00 pm.     

Please reach out to coach Ben Milsoveski if interested and join us at the tryouts in September.

What is MD Hockey?

MD (Minor Development) is a rep level of hockey for older age players (Minor Bantam through Midget) in the OMHA. The unique thing about MD hockey is it has no body checking and as such has seen an significant increase in the hockey talent of players participating.
